American Law Division Scam For Online Cash Loans

The online cash loan scam has become a virus and has affected many people worldwide. The scammers ( Especially American Law Division) hiding away in their call centers from Lagos Nigeria to The UK and even in the United Sates, have the ability to call you on false collection notices and never worry about being prosecuted. Why is this? They mask their IP addresses and use call routing systems that allow them to pick and choose phone numbers from around the world to solicit their fake collection efforts. The phone numbers they call you from are filtered and most law inforcement agencies do not have the capability to trace them. Using fake names and mailing addresses that are not their own helps them stay anonymous

As with most of you, I do not have the ability to hack online computers and obtain personal information on private individuals on the internet. These scammers are different, they could care less who they hurt and how they do it, they just want to take your money and if scaring you will speed up the process that works for them. Email scams online now seem to be growing at an enormous rate. The scary part is, they are becoming better at masking their online behavior and gaining information about us that is very personal.\

My most recent scam on the internet was a so called law office titled " American Law Division" and they scared my parents to death. Somehow they were able to obtain personal phone numbers of my parents and me. They would call us threatening jail time and saying that an arrest warrant would be issued for those who did not respond or pay the collection amount today.

This seems to be typical of these collection scams, They somehow get the personal information of relatives and then prey upon these folks in the hope that you will be scared enough to send a check or pay them via a credit card. Believe me when I say they have their bases covered. The names are false as are the addresses. They will actually trick people or falsify documents to get the money you have sent. A very common method is to ask you to pay via Western Union.

I called back this company to find out what I had done to owe an online payday advance company money. I knew that I had not used a loan online company but wanted to see what they would say. Of course " Cash Advance America" was the company they said I owed money to and they were supposed to represent. This cash advance company does not exiist and this is totally a scam. American Law Division uses this as a front to scare unknowing consumers into paying money they do not owe.

One of the most disturbing aspects of this collection effort by a fake and scamming group of people, is the fact that when my fiance called to try to get more information, they treated her the same way as a convicted felon, once she figured out they were a scam company and called them out it got even worse. The representative of this so called attorney firm started saying sexually expilicit words to my soon to be wife. I got on the phone as she called me to, and he was still talking in a gross manner. This so called collection firm or attorney office is a real scam that will use any means possible including threatening you with arrest warrants to get you to pay them. Believe me it is all fake. Unfortunitely the " American Law Division" is just another name that they use to scare consumers into paying false debts.

The American Law Division and any other group that may call you or your relatives should be investigated before you atually pay any money to the so called fake collection companies, Do your research and trust your instincts. These fake attorney call centers seem to be popping up everywhere especially during the holidays. Search them on Google and call their bluff, More them likely they will expose themselves as they are not true professionals just more Scam Artists trying to take your money.
