Aliens And UFO'S | Do You Believe They Exist

Ever since I was a small child the idea of aliens and ufo's has fascinated me. I am not one of those who makes regular trips to area 51 and wears alien costumes though. With that being said, I love all of the fun gag gifts and keepsakes you could purchase at one of these rallys. Still, the idea that we are the only beings in such a vast amount of space is hard to swallow. What do you think about the possibility of other life forms from distant galaxies, or perhaps even closer?

The first time I gave any real thought to aliens even existing was a back yard sleep over with a couple of my best buddies. I think I was about eight or nine at the time and sleeping outside underneath the stars was one of those great mid-summer memories. After a few hours of sharing stories and cringing each time a branch snapped in the distance, we noticed a bright light in the sky, far away, but close enough to see with the naked eye. We were sure it was an alien spaceship and they were coming for us. As things turned out, the next day the paper reported a meteor, or something similar, had passed close to the earth but not close enough for any real concern. Geez.... but that didnt stop us from begging are parents for a telescope the following days after.

Of course we were pretty lucky to have seen this event to begin with, and the years which followed never really came close to bringing that same excitement as the one night with my pals in the backyard. But, we never did lose our imagination, so every airplane, shooting star, and car headlights from the distant mountain peaks was a potential alien to us. Do you have any interesting stories of alien abduction that you would like to share? Did you ever see a ufo or thought you may have witnessed a real alien but were to afraid to let others know?

If you have spent any time at all looking up information regarding ufo's and aliens, chances are you have ran into stories from real people who believe they have beed abducted. Some of these go in to great detail regarding how they were treated and of course what these beings from another planet did to them while they we in captivity.

Ok, so most of these stories are really hard to believe and to be honest, I could have come up with something better even as a child back in the day. Just when you think you can write them all off, a story from an undisclosed person comes around and make you atleast give the whole idea of abduction a second thought. Or you get a good laugh anyway... check out this alien story dating back to 1988 This is from the site "ufocasebook" and is called a true account of alien abduction.

This story is written in interview style and towards the end the subject annouces that by the year 2015 most will have no doubt that aliens really do exist, and that we will most likely have some proof to back it up.

Talk about alot of conspiracy theories! Area 51 is certainly a hotspot for all ufo and alien enthusiasts. The site has basically been referred to as a secret military base and for good reason. Of course anyone who has any interest at all in secret aircrafts and government cover-up's knows of it's existence. But still, this military facility has been shrouded in mystery for quite some time.

So whats the deal with this place anyway? I am certainly all for the manufacturing of top secret aircrafts which can be used to protect the United States but is this what is happening here? Even the county tax assessor can not enter the site for estimation purposes but I suppose that is no real surprise anyway.

There are some vets who have information about what has happened in the past at area 51 and just recently were able to share some of their stories. I dont want to dwell on this subject too much as information is very limited and hard to verify. Of course, is there any information about aliens, abductions and flying saucers which isn't? I have not formed my official opinion quiite yet but have to say that space is big, and I mean REALLY big so why not? Do we really think that we are the only intelligent species in the whole universe? I must say that seems a little arrogant and narrow minded but who knows? Until scientists come up with some information that can be shared, it seems as if we are all in the dark.

It is hard to dismiss every story of alien abduction, but as I said earlier, most are just too far fetched to believe in the first place. If aliens did really exist the religous groups around the world would be hard pressed to do a little explaining. Gee......think that may be part of the problem?
